COVID-19 POLICY
Sybaris Chauffeurs care deeply about the health & safety of our clients, chauffeurs and office staff.
Below you can find our COVID-19 policy and the preventative measures that we have put into place to safe guard our clients, chauffeurs and office staff.
- 1.) All chauffeur drivers & office staff that may have been in contact with a suspected case or are showing symptoms, have been advised to not come to work or undertake any bookings and to contact their health care provider immediately.
- 2.) All chauffeur drivers that are currently fit and well have been urged to take extra precautions and will always wear a face masks and gloves or will have used antibacterial hand gel prior to client collection.
- 3.) All chauffeur cars are valeted on a daily basis and we have instructed our chauffeurs to clean down all touch points within the cars before each booking with anti-bacteria wipes.
- 4.) All of our vehicles are stocked with hand sanitizer and anti-bacteria wipes for our clients to use.
- 5.) We shall not greet clients with a handshake and personal contact shall be kept to a safe distance.
- 6.) Complementary bottled water will still be available for clients but we request that all bottles are taken with the passengers once the journey is completed.
