Our chauffeurs are courteous, punctual and smartly dressed in a suit and tie. They are fully aware of the need for privacy, confidentiality and discretion, and have an intuitive approach to communication – knowing when to talk and when not to!
Advanced Driving Standards
All our permanent drivers have advanced driving training with either the Institute of Advanced Motorists (IAM) or ROSPA.
Maintaining standards
Our drivers are attentive to your personal preferences from understanding what route you like to take to the airport, to knowing which radio station you prefer to listen to. We also limit the number of different drivers you experience, so you can relax on seeing a familiar face arrive at your door.
Continually improving
We regularly provide additional internal training to our drivers to ensure standards are maintained and expectations are being consistently met. We also discuss customer feedback and ask for input from our drivers on how our customers experience could be improved.
